This policy explains how DrixWalls handles personal information when you use our website, API, and account features.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide, including your email address, display name, username, profile text, and optional profile images. If you submit wallpapers, we process the image file, title, description, categories, tags, technical metadata, and moderation status. We also record your saves, likes, collections, wallpaper views and downloads, account verification state, subscription status, notification preferences, and security events. Our infrastructure may process IP address, device, browser, request, and error-log data.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide downloads and collections, personalize recommendations from your activity, process subscriptions, send verification or password-reset messages, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand service performance. Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing Drix, consent for optional analytics, and compliance with law.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate Drix. These may include Stripe for payments, Google for optional sign-in and consented analytics, Resend for transactional email, and our hosting, database, storage, and monitoring providers. They process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After deletion or deactivation, we delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, billing, backup, and legal-retention requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed passwords, hashed session credentials, and restricted production configuration, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile information, change your password, manage billing, and deactivate your account in Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
International processing and children
Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply. Drix is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet any higher minimum age required in your country to create an account.
