By accessing or using DrixWalls, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Permitted use
Drix lets you discover, save, organize, and download wallpapers. You may use downloaded content only as allowed by the license displayed for that wallpaper. A download does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond that license. Do not redistribute, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, evade limits, upload malware, or use Drix or its content unlawfully.
Content and intellectual property
Drix, its interface, branding, software, and curated catalog are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Wallpaper rights remain with their respective owners or licensors. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the work, disputed URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement supporting your request.
Your uploads
You retain ownership of images you submit. You confirm that you created each upload or have all permissions needed to share it. You grant Drix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, resize, display, distribute, and make the image available through the service. We may review, reject, or remove uploads that violate rights, law, safety requirements, or these terms.
Free and paid access
Some downloads and features are free and others require Premium. Current prices and billing intervals appear before checkout. Stripe processes payment details; Drix does not store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Changes, refunds, taxes, and access after cancellation are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, enforce download or usage limits, remove content, or restrict accounts to maintain security, comply with law, or protect the service and its users. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when practical.
Termination
You may deactivate your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires.
Disclaimers and liability
Drix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item is suitable for every use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Disputes and governing rules
Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction depend on the operator’s location, your location, and mandatory consumer protections. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. These terms do not limit mandatory rights available to consumers.

Questions, copyright notices, and support requests can be sent to support@drixwalls.com. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
